Update a chatbot's policy

Updates the status, segments, regions and tags of a policy. Only provided fields are changed; a provided
list replaces the current one. Setting the status to ENABLED makes the AI agent use the policy once it is
indexed, which happens asynchronously. Segment, region and tag ids are stored as provided.

ENABLED makes the policy available to the AI agent (indexed asynchronously), DISABLED hides it. READY_TO_INGEST keeps an imported policy out of the AI agent until it's configured. ARCHIVED is not accepted.

Allowed:
segmentIds

Replaces the policy's segments. Omit to keep the current ones, an empty list removes all.
