Advances a conversation from wherever it is currently parked by executing its current block
and chaining forward to the next waiting point. The response outcome is ADVANCED (with
nextBlockId, the block the conversation is now parked on) or FINISHED when the run completes
the workflow. Returns a 422 error when there is no active session for the given chatbot and user,
or when the session has expired (its last activity exceeded the manual-advance idle timeout).
