What is the Billing section?
The billing dashboard within your workspace allows you to easily view your billing plan, tier, current usage and contract dates.
How to access the Billing section?
To access Billing, go to the Workspace > Billing.
Manage utilization
Tier pricing is based on the number of allotted automated interactions per year selected by you at the time your contract begins. If and when you have exceeded the maximum chat limit within your current plan, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time within their contract period.
Your Customer Success Manager is responsible for working with you to ensure that your plan will support your utilization of automations in the future.
Typically, we will notify you when you have used 75% of your Automated Chats during your annual subscription period. If you have any questions, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager at any time to discuss your subscription.
