Zendesk Sunshine

Before you start

Please make sure that you received from Zowie your instanceId and chatbotId .

Connecting Zowie Chatbot to Sunshine Conversation

  1. Navigate to Conversations Integrations and create new integration by providing the following webhook URL: https://sunco-connector.chatbotize.com/chatbots/${chatbotId}

  2. Make sure that you select all checkboxes as on the screen below:

  3. After creating Conversation Integration you will get access to Integration Id at the list level - please share it with our Solution Engineer.

  4. Navigate to Conversations API and click Create API key. Please share received App ID, Key ID and Secret Key with our Solution Engineer.

Connecting Zowie Widget to Sunshine Conversation

  1. Navigate to Conversations Integrations and create new integration by providing the following webhook URL: https://api-integration-sunco-chat.chatbotize.com/webhooks/${instanceId}

  2. Make sure that you select all checkboxes as on the screen below:

  3. After creating Conversation Integration you will get access to Integration Id at the list level - please share it with our Solution Engineer.

  4. Go to Webhooks in Admin Center and create a new webhook.

    1. Select Trigger or Automation and click Next
    2. Endpoint URL is: https://api-integration-sunco-chat.chatbotize.com/tickets/{instanceId}
    3. Note: All other settings should remain unchanged.

  5. Navigate to Conversations API and click Create API key. Please share received App ID, Key ID and Secret Key with our Solution Engineer.

Can Zowie support gradual rollout from existing provider?

Yes, if you have your Sunshine Conversation connected to another provider we can help you with a seamless transition. As Zowie is getting full access to your Sunshine Conversation API, we can manage thread ownership using Switchboard.

Whenever a new conversation is recognized, Zowie will use the Pass control method to decide whether your existing provider or Zowie should be the active thread owner. This ability allows us to do a gradual rollout of new experiences with Zowie.
