Hello is Zowie's new audio-visual interface available in Zowie Widget that blends natural voice conversations with interactive visuals to create personalized, human-like customer experiences across customer support and sales.

Think of Hello as the fourth main channel alongside Email, Chat, and Phone. Its uniqueness lies in combining natural spoken conversation with visual, interactive elements.

Voice layer
The voice layer enables natural, free-flowing spoken conversations with your customers. It provides hands-free, fast, and human-like engagement. Voices can be customized, and you can add custom pronunciations for brand names or technical terms to ensure clarity and professionalism.
The Companion (visual persona)
The Companion is an animated visual avatar that represents your AI Agent during conversations. It moves and reacts while listening, processing, and responding, giving customers visual cues that make the experience more immersive and engaging.
Visual interactive elements
Visual interactive elements extend the voice experience with on-screen components that customers can click, view, or fill in. They make conversations more practical by allowing customers to complete actions—like sharing details, browsing products, or checking out—without leaving the conversation.
