What is the FB Comments Module?

The FB Comments Module allows you to connect a chatbot with your published FB post. Users' comments cause the chatbot to write to them in Messenger with predefined content.

Why use FB Comments?

By using the Facebook Comments Module, you are able to direct users who commented on your post to the chatbot in a previously defined place (e.g., Quizzes, Contests, Promotional Codes).

How to access FB Comments?

To access the FB Comments Module, navigate to Modules > FB Ads from the navigation bar.

Message configuration

Provide a message that users will receive once they comment on the post and CTA button caption.

Then, you will be able to configure the content sent to users once they select "CTA" button.

Connecting it to a post

Finally, the most essential part: connect the module to a post on your fan page.
