Zowie offers integration with Fulfil that allows detailed access to your shipments.

This integration allows customer support agents to view detailed shipments data in Inbox.
Use cases
- Agents can view shipment info from (state, warehouse, packages, contents) from Inbox's sidebar.
Prerequisites
Customers must meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:
- Zowie Inbox is used.
- Fulfil is used.
Configuration
- Make sure that have API key from fulfil.
- Login to Zowie and go to Workspace → Integrations → Fulfil
- Click the "Connect" button that will start the process of integration.
- Provide the name of integration, domain, API key and select the features you would like to enable for your Fulfil integration.
