Unrecognized Questions

What are Unrecognized Questions?

Unrecognized Questions are questions asked by your end users in your chatbot that were not associated to any existing Automations in your Knowledge Base. This could be because you don't have a relevant Automation in your library, or because an existing Automation does not have enough relevant learning phrases.

Why use Unrecognized Questions?

By reviewing Unrecognized Questions, you can see intents that the chatbot didn’t know how to answer and use them to increase your automation rate by either adding the questions to existing Automations, or by creating new Automations based on common unrecognized questions.

How to access Unrecognized Questions?

To access this page, click Automations > Unrecognized from the main navigation panel in Zowie.
