Help Center
Within Zowie, you can have your own HelpCenter page.
Sample HelpCenter - UI is fully configurable
Prerequisites
Initial setup done by a Solution Engineer.
Then, HelpCenter can be accessed via the UI:
- Automations/AI Agent -> HelpCenter
HelpCenter consists of Articles and Categories. Each Article belongs to a category.
Creating categories
Start, by creating a new Category.
Creating Articles
You can now create articles and assign them a category.
Your articles will be published on a Help center you can embed on your website. We will provide you with your custom link.
Editing Templates
Help center is fully customizable with html.
