Prerequisites
Customers must meet the following requirements in order to set up this integration:
- Zendesk is used
Configuration
- Make sure that you have your Zendesk account subdomain.
- Once you fill the subdomain, we’ll automatically pull available locales - select one from the list.
Please note that if there is no locale available in the list, subdomain (Zendesk account) is probably incorrect.
That’s it! Integration is set!
Optionally, you can also enable Authentication and provide email and API key. This will allow us to expose macros in X2 Knowledge.
